Samarbetet med norska arkitektbyrån Snøhetta inledde Kivik Art Centres verksamhet 2007. Den enkla konstruktionen av prefabricerad betong ger en sammanfattning av Kivik Art Centres idé – att undersöka gränssnittet mellan konst, arkitektur och natur. Genom att begränsa utsnittet av verkligheten med en ram skärps vår blick.

The cooperation with Norwegian architects Snøhetta marked the start of Kivik Art Centre I 2007. This simple construction in precast concrete captures the focus of Kivik Art Centre: to explore the interface between art,
architecture and nature. By limiting our perception with a frame our glance is sharpened. The Viewfinder is
represented with two identical objects on the premises.
