Britt Ingrid Persson (b. 1939) is an established sculptor who has been active since 1966. Her sculptures often express a strong social engagement. In the sculpture Dance (2007), BIP captures a beautiful movement in a simplified spiral-shaped body that draws the viewer’s attention.
